Patricia is a Strategic Human Resources Professional with professional work experience in financial services, management consulting and software industries with proven competence in developing and executing a variety of human resources projects including recruitment, training, compensation, inclusive work environments and employee relations.

Patricia completed her Honours Bachelors of Arts, Applied Studies, Psychology and Human Resources Management from the University of Waterloo and her Masters in International Human Resources Management and Organizational Development from The London School of Economics and Political Science in the UK.

Patricia is currently working as the manager of talent development and diversity at the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research. Prior to this, she worked with Covenant House, a social services agency serving youth who are homeless, trafficked or at risk. She has also been a mentor at Eva’s Phoenix, a homeless shelter in Toronto providing a range of services and supports to prevent and reduce youth homelessness.
