In the event of a planned or unexpected disruption to any services or facilities for clients with disabilities, which includes all our programs, our two office locations, various parishes and retreat centres, Catholic Family Services of Toronto will notify clients promptly. This clearly posted notice will include information about the reason for the disruption, its anticipated length of time, and a description of alternative facilities or services, if available. The notice will also be placed on our website, www.cfstoronto.com in the Resources, Temporary Disruption of Service section.
The notice will be posted at the Central Office (1155 Yonge Street, Suite 101 & 200, Toronto) and at the North Office (245 Fairview Mall Drive, Suite 201, Toronto).
The Agency is closed for the following Holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Family Day
- Good Friday
- Easter Monday
- Victoria Day
- Canada Day
- Civic Holiday
- Labour Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
- Boxing Day
If the holiday falls on a weekend, the Agency will be closed the next business day.
The Agency is closed at 3:00 p.m. on the Fridays before the following long weekends:
- Family Day
- Victoria Day
- Civic Holiday
- Labour Day
- Thanksgiving
The Agency is also closed at 3:00 p.m. on Holy Thursday and the last business day before Canada Day.
We will be closing at 12:00 noon on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
