Naguib Gouda is currently self-employed as Principal of Fenikso Consulting. He manages a consulting firm working with Boards, CEOs and Executives of public and non-for-profit organizations and member associations. He focuses on strategy, innovation, funding, sustainability, organizational change, redesign and governance.
As an authentic and values-driven leader, Naguib has a proven track record of implementing systems and processes to achieve sustainable business results in both the public and private sectors. Naguib has held senior leadership roles in several organizations. In spite of his busy schedule, Naguib finds time to share his talents and skills with his Parish and community.
Naguib completed his Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and his Master in Business Administration from York University, Toronto and Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Lyon, France.
