Electronic Communication Use with Clients

The Agency provides counselling services through in-person and telephone contact.

E-mail is utilized primarily for administrative purposes, such as arranging or changing appointments, and is neither a regular form of communication nor an appropriate way to deal with crises/emergencies. Clients are informed about the Agency's e-mail policy and the guidelines.

The Agency does not use texting or social networking internet sites for direct communication with persons served.
