Cognitive-behavioural Therapy Group
Cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) is an empirically validated form of psychotherapy for the treatment of depression and anxiety. This 6 week psycho-educational CBT group introduces clients to a way of interpreting the nature of their depression and/or anxiety and provides them with basic skills and techniques to help relieve symptoms and enhance functioning.
