Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act

Catholic Family Services of Toronto is compliant with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) 2005. The Agency is committed to providing a welcoming, accessible and inclusive environment for all clients, telephone callers, employees, students on field placement, volunteers and visitors. We strive to eliminate any barriers facing persons with disabilities in their dealings with the Agency. Our aim is to provide service that is sensitive, respectful and accessible.

To ensure greater awareness and responsiveness to the needs of persons with disabilities, the Agency's staff have been provided with training that reflects the spirit of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) 2005.
